Kerra Henke
Originally from St. George, Kerra has always been drawn to the beauty, community, and adventure Utah offers. After graduating with a degree in Psychology, she spent several years working behind the scenes as an operations manager for a top-producing real estate team.
It was there she discovered her real calling wasn’t in the backend of real estate, it was with the people. Kerra now lives in Utah County and has fully stepped into her passion: serving clients face-to-face, guiding them through the buying or selling process with heart, strategy, and ease.
Kerra brings a rare combination of operational expertise and deep emotional intelligence to every transaction. With a background rooted in psychology and systems, she doesn’t just help clients close on homes, she listens deeply, anticipates needs, and helps people feel calm, confident, and heard every step of the way.
Whether she’s solving problems, negotiating fiercely, or connecting clients with the perfect vendor to fix an unexpected hiccup, she’s all in, always.
Her specialty lies in working with first-time buyers, investors just getting started, and retirees relocating to Utah for a fresh new chapter. She’s especially passionate about showing clients what’s possible and has a gift for helping people exceed even their own expectations in the process.
Kerra’s style is relaxed, approachable, and always professional. Her clients appreciate her calm, honest presence and her ability to turn complex processes into clear, empowering steps. Thanks to her operations background, she’s been involved in hundreds of transactions, so even though she’s in the early years of her real estate career, her depth of experience speaks volumes.
Outside of real estate, Kerra is all about balance. She’s the oldest of five sisters and grew up with a deep love of sports (she’s always down for a game, basketball, or hockey especially). She loves rock climbing, boating, hiking, and exploring Utah’s great outdoors, though she jokes the state would be perfect if it only had a beach. You’ll also find her reading, baking, or learning something new just for fun.
