Foundry Group Named Bronze Winner for Best Real Estate Team in Utah County 2026

A thank-you to the Utah County clients, friends and family who voted for us.
McKelle Siebert  |  October 14, 2026

We are so excited to announce that our Team is a Bronze Winner in the Real Estate Team category of Best in Utah County 2026. The award comes from community votes, so every placement reflects people who chose to put a name forward. Foundry Group is a Utah real estate team with 30+ years of combined experience and more than $500M in sales volume, serving buyers and sellers across Utah.

What the Bronze Win Means

Best in Utah County is a community award. Nobody at Foundry Group applied for a ranking or submitted production numbers. Clients nominated us, and then Utah County voted.

That is the part we care about most. A transaction in Utah County has a lot of moving pieces: inspections, appraisals, lender timelines, a REPC with deadlines that do not move. When someone takes the time to nominate their agent's team afterward, it tells us the process felt clear to them.

Bronze means we placed third in our category. We are proud of it, and we are not done.

Thank You to the Clients Who Nominated and Voted

To every client, friend and family member who nominated us, voted for us, or shared the link with a friend: thank you. We know a vote takes a few minutes out of a busy day, and we do not take it lightly.

If you worked with us this year, you are part of this award, too. We would also like to thank the Utah County community at large. This is a place where people recommend their agent the same way they recommend a good pediatrician or a reliable contractor, and we get to be on the receiving end of that.

Who Foundry Group Serves in Utah County

Our primary market is Utah and Salt Lake Counties, and we also work in Sevier, Juab, Sanpete, Wasatch, Washington, Iron counties and more. In Utah County specifically, that includes Lehi, Alpine, Highland, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Eagle Mountain, Cedar Hills, Saratoga Springs, Orem, Provo, and the Provo East Bench.

We work with out-of-state relocators, move-up buyers and sellers, and luxury and lifestyle-driven clients. What we are seeing from relocating buyers right now is that they want the same thing local buyers do: straight answers about price, timing, and what a neighborhood is actually like day to day.

What This Means for Buyers and Sellers

An award is not a guarantee of results, and a good agent will say so. What a community vote can tell you is how past clients felt about the experience. If you are choosing between teams, ask each one how they communicate during a transaction, who your point of contact will be, and how they handle the weeks between accepted offer and closing.

If you are thinking about buying or selling in Utah County (or anywhere in Utah), we would be glad to talk through your timeline. A conversation costs nothing and can save you from a rushed decision. You can reach us through our contact page or by messaging us on Instagram.
